SHIPPING REGIONS & TIMELINES

 

For the time being, online orders will only ship within Canada.

 

If you are from outside of Canada and would like to place an order, please send an email to bigbdeodorant@gmail.com – with your order and mailing address. An online payment invoice will be sent manually (within 1-3 days), once the shipping has been calculated. Thanks for your patience with this (temporary) two-step process. 

 

Orders will be prepared and processed within 1-3 business days, and will ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Canadian orders should arrive within 4-7 days.

 

NOTE: Canada post has been experiencing delays so BigB cannot guarantee the normal shipping times until the situation normalizes. 

 

 

SHIPPING RATES & FEES

 

Flat rate shipping is available within Canada. Flat Rates vary by province.

 

Local Toronto pick up is also available at K's Pot Shop (here) in Leslieville (Queen Street East).

 

 

ORDER TRACKING

 

When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation which will include a tracking number.

 

Please ensure your correct email address is provided at checkout or you will not receive the tracking number.

 

 

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

 

If you forgot to add an item, or you want to make a change to or cancel your current order, email BigB Deodorant immediately (here). If your order has not yet been prepared and/or shipped, the order will be cancelled, and (if applicable) you will be responsible for placing the new order. If the order has already been processed and/or shipped, no cancellation or refund will be issued.

 

 

RETURNS

 

Products purchased via the BigB Deodorant eCommerce site are final sales. For hygenic reasons AND to minimize our (yours and mine) ecological footprint, BigB does not accept returns or exchanges.

 

We provide ample information on the website, including product details and ingredients, application instructions and more. If you still have questions, please email BigB Deodorant (here) prior to submitting your order.

 

 

INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS

 

BigB Deodorant will not issue refunds, exchanges or send replacements for packages lost or undelivered by Canada Post (or any other shipping company). If such a scenario occurs, the customer must address the issue with the shipping company directly - using the tracking number for reference. Once a package has been shipped and a tracking number issued, the package becomes the property of the shipping company and BigB Deodorant is relieved of any ownership or responsibility.

 

In the event you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact BigB Deodorant (here) within 3 days of receipt, with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product. Upon approval a return address will be provided, and as long as said incorrect or damaged product(s) are received within 14 days of notice, and have been unused, BigB Deodorant will either replace the product or issue a refund. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the sender, and are not refundable. Furthermore, BigB Deodorant is not responsible for returned products that are lost in transit.

 

 

WRONG INFORMATION

 

BigB Deodorant is not responsible for missing orders where the mailing address has been incorrectly entered through the online shop and ordering process. Furthermore, if the address provided is not verified by Canada Post and is returned to BigB Deodorant, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the package resent.
